A three-time Emmy Award nominated executive producer, WGA Award winning writer and prolific television director, Jennifer’s distinct comedic style and creative stewardship has, and continues, to inspire her individual and ensemble casts, productions and series to their full potential – from shaping stories, to stepping onto the set directing episodes, to helping inspire the overall trajectory of a season.

Starting as a staff writer and rising through the ranks in the writers’ room on comedy series from story editor to supervising producer to executive producer and director, Jennifer has helped guide some of the most groundbreaking and critically acclaimed shows in television: the Emmy Award winning series The Office, HBO’s The Newsroom, the “true crime” mockumentary series Trial & Error, the sci-fi-comedy-mystery series People of Earth and the Emmy Award nominated Netflix series Cobra Kai, which continues the story of the beloved classic film The Karate Kid thirty-four years later. Jennifer’s most recent directing work for the Emmy Award and Golden Globe award winning Abbott Elementary the hit workplace comedy, mockumenting a dysfunctional Philadelphia public school.

In addition to her award-winning writing for television, winning a WGA Award for her work on The Office, Jennifer can be found behind many of the biggest laughs in hit feature films like Bridesmaids and Spy as a comedy punch-up writer.
